Triple 8 Brainsaver Rubber Kelly Helmet

this helmet is wonderful i bought it because i wanted to start doing more tricks on my longboard, this helmet is comfortable which is very important to me, the sweat guard is great for keeping your face dry and it is super soft on your head and ears. i found that it was, however, a bit tight lengthwise on my head but i have a big head. i have only had this helmet about a week or two and it has saved my noggin twice already. i cant express the importance of wearing a helmet they say that knowledge is something that can never be taken away from you if you're smart, i disagree, if you hit your head hard enough on the pavement that knowledge is gone forever. wear a helmet, it doesn't have to be this one but, if you want a helmet that is comfortable and soft this is the one for you. i can't help feeling though that this helmet would not be good for a high speed crash because it is light and i sometimes don't even realize that i have it on, i feel like a harder racing helmet may be a better...Read more

This has got to be the most comfortable multi-sport helmet I've ever owned. The rubber shell is a very nice matte finish with wonderful flexibility. It sits low on my head with great coverage. The terry-cloth lining keeps sweat from off of my face except for the occasional drop near my temples, where the lining doesn't meet skin. All in all, this helmet has great fit. I ordered a large for my 7 1/4 head and it fits great! Oh, and it doesn't look goofy either.

I really like this helmet. It is lightweight and the lining feels really comfortable against your head. I got the Large size and my fitted hat size is 7 5/8. This size was perfect, If your head is a little bigger than this you will definitely need the next size up. The Large fits me pretty snug, but is still comfortable. I haven't had to test the stability of the helmet and hope that I never have to because that would mean I would be in a wreck. However, the helmet feels very sturdy and isn't made of styrofoam like other helmets. I like it.
