It features dual handle brakes for optimal safety, pivoting 4-inch wheels for three-wheel steering for maximum maneuverability, and sturdy steel construction. This U4 model is designed for ages 4 and older, and up to 75 pounds. To get going, push both feet out on the Action Decks as far as you can and then pull them all the way in--the scissoring motion will start to propel you forward.
