Summary: Major Problems With This Product 2010-08-11
Comment: I ordered two of these scooters from Amazon for my children last Christmas. They have only used them about 10 times. They worked great the first few times they were used. However, neither will run now and our 30-day Amazon return and 90-day Razor warranty period have expired. I don't think it is a coincidence that they both broke. I think it is a poorly made product.

Summary: Batteries are Week 2010-08-07
Comment: Santa brought this for our 9 year old boy for Christmas, 2009. The product literature indicates once charged, the scooter should run for 45 minutes. The best we ever got was 15 minutes. Now in August, 2010 the scooter no longer works. Dear Santa, We need a new battery.

Summary: Poorly engineered back wheel assemble and poor customer service!!!! 2010-06-08
Comment: This scooter seemed like the best little powerhouse until we started to have problems with the backwheel. It is expected to need air every 1-2 weeks, but my daughter received it at Christmastime, and could not ride it due to weather conditions. The valve on the wheel has to be defective because even with the valve extender located in the handlebar, it is IMPOSSIBLE to fill the tire, due to the poorly angled valve!!! Razor stated it was past the 90 day warranty (even though it was used the first time in April!!!). It is most likely defective, yet they will NOT replace the part!!! Very poorly handled!!!!!! Therefore when the part comes, i will need to assemble the wheel and figure that one out myself!!! Have fun with this one!!! The last Razor Product i will EVER purchase!!!! ME

Summary: Fun, but not not so reliable 2010-05-03
Comment: Purchased in Aug 2009. The front tire would not hold air after ~1 month. Razor sent a replacement and it had the same problem after ~2 months. After ~7 months of [very light to rare] use, the scooter will not function at all due to the batteries not holding a charge. Still searching for a decent battery replacement (Razor is out of stock). It is understood that tires and batteries are items that need replacing, but given the light use and relatively short time before these items went out, I would have expected more.

Comment: My 9 year old daughter got this for Christmas a couple years back and it still works fine. The battery does not hold much of a charge anymore, but that can be expected of any battery. Will likely get another battery since this was so much fun to use. Her friends in the neighborhood thought it was the coolest thing. We got this more powerful one, because I am a kid at heart and occasionally want to go for a ride myself and it will hold her as she get older too. Look at the weight limits before you buy because they can vary.
