Comment: My daughter loves her scooter. However it is tricky to get it started. Sometimes you have to let it warm up or push a reset button. While other times is just takes right off. When it is running my daughter goes forever!

Comment: Used to drive at work (hospital) when I broke my ankle. (I'm 43yo and 145 pounds.) Can't say how long battery lasted with continuous use, but it recharged quickly. Surprisingly fast. Fits in backseat floor of Prius. Very uncomfortable seat. Giving to a friend for her grandkid. Would buy again.

Summary: Scooter for adults too 2008-10-14
Comment: I am a college student and purchased this scooter because with a 220 lb weight limit,it was the only one that could hold an adult (and bookbag, laptop, etc) within my price limit. This little machine is a wonder in a time of gass prices rocketing. I read the other reviews before purchasing this past summer (2008) and was prepaired for the worst, I purchased an extra battery and charger with the scooter. When one battery is on the scooter the other is charging. I keep a charger in my bookbag and one at home at all times. This has served me well. I ride every day to school (about 20 min.) and only have to hop off and walk it on the steepest inclines, let it charge or change the battery when I reach campus and have enough charge to ride back home. This is also good for quick runs to the grocery store three blocks away and I have a basket tied below the seat to carry more than I could on foot. The battery lasts longer if you let it run out completely before charging but heavier weights and uphill travel will wear it down quicker as well, so the extra battery and spare charger were what made this worth the price.

Summary: Razor E200S Seated Electric Scooter 2008-08-08
Comment: I ordered the Razor E200S for my daughter and what a heart breaking expericence to see an excited face go from happy to tears. The scooter was to be new but was obviously a used one with all the scratches on it. It did not even come with the battery charger or tools to put it together. The box it came it had so much tape on it, the product appears to have been shipped out several times. The scooter itself it a good ride, but what we received was not what was expected. My only hope now is that returning it and getting a refund won't be a tear jerker.

Summary: Good at first then TOTAL FAILURE!!!!!! 2008-06-18
Comment: Four years ago I recieved this product for Christmas and I loved the product. Reaching speeds up to 10 mph to me it is consided very slow. As Razor recommends this products to people 12 or older it probly would eceed slightly over 5mph or even slower. When I owned the E200S for a year and a half it suddendly didn't work. After 2 years sitting in my garage I found a product recall from the CPSC that involved my scooter model stating that the handle bars can break off and cause injury and it's battery carger could overheat. If this happens contact Razor for a free repair and a new battery charger. With 2003 to 2005 models these problems are the most evendent.
