I ordered a part that was listed as the replacement part needed for the E100 Razor Scooter, but when it arrived it was not the correct part. When I ordered this part I actually trusted that this would be the part needed. Once I received the part I took apart the scooter and discovered the single battery should have been a dual battery with buit-in wires (sealed wires). When I contacted the company for a refund, I was told that I would have to pay the return shipping. The return shipping would cost more then the part itself and I had already paid that amount in the beginning... I would have actually spent about 3 times what the cost should have been, so needless to say that cost would not be very wise. Like I explained, that was the part the company SAID I needed form the scooter. During conversations I was told that was the "exact" part that I had ordered and they would not pay for my return shipping.
