Terrible shipping,

Hi,
I want to let how disappointed I am with an item I received as a gift from one of your third parties. The item is: Rand Batman 3-Wheel Child Scooter. It came without a packing slip and the inside box is damaged and retaped closed. When I opened it, I see the item was used (wheels show some wear) and the stickers are peeling.
I have always had wonderful experiences with Amazon and I am completely surprised you would deal with a company that sends used items and passes them off as new. Another person left feedback for them for the same item with similair complaints.
I have emailed the company already to find out getting a refund but wanted to let you know my experience as well.

I bought this scooter for my 4 year old grandson and he absolutely loves it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely insulted,

I am very upset that I would receive a Rand Batman 3-Wheel Child Scooter in the condition it was in. The box was so smashed and beat up that it was loaded with tape and then shoved into two shipping boxes put together to cover it.
It also came damaged enough that the handle bars could not even go into the steering tube rendering it useless. I thought I was getting a new product and this one definitely was not new. I believe it went to someone's home and they scratched and bent it up trying to get it together but couldn't and returned it. Also the front plate was not what was in the picture on the internet or on the box. I did have it shipped out in a prompt manner but now a little boy will be without the Christmas gift he wanted.
I am getting in touch with the person who shipped it out and hope to get my full refund. I have had other great experiences with Amazon and hope that they do consider dealing with Rand if this is a continuing pattern.
