I bought this starter cause the plastic frame ones kept breaking on my pocket bike. So far this starter has lasted 3 times as longer and still works, but the plastic pull handle did break. Ive replaced the handle with a small metal rod with a hole in it that I found and it works great, I would have given this 5 starts if it had a metal handle.
Buy a metal handle!

this is a great replacement for and cheep plastic part. for only $2 more you can get a metal part, and if it ever breaks again you can just replace the outer piece not the entire housing..great part..if i would have gotten the original part if would have broken again on the second pull when the engine kicked back.

Incredibly fast shipping! This 49cc Pullstart is great for cags, its very easy to install, and theres no way this thing is going to crack like the plastic ones! Very nice replacement for plastic starters.
