I was at first reluctant to get this lock... I was looking for something that worked with a code, since I didn't want to deal with more keys. But, considering the huge price difference with key code locks, and also after noticing that most of them wouldn't even let me change the actual code (remember yet another pasword? no thanks), I gave it a try, and haven't regretted it so far. The key doesn't bother in my key set (at least, it's better than having to learn another numeric code), and the quality for the chain itself is great. Feels very strong and resistant.

This 32" cable lock is perfect for locking my helmet to my Triumph Street Triple, which has no built-in helmet lock. I hang my full-face Shoei from the right passenger peg, face down, pass the cable around the chin bar, the swing arm, and a rear wheel spoke. Perfect length! This also helps to secure the bike, although the lock itself doesn't appear to be particularly rugged, so I will continue to use a disk lock in front. If my helmet (or bike) gets stolen or the lock mechanism fails, I'll update when the tears stop.

Well built lock for the price. Used it several times and still have my bike! Thick and sturdy with key design; easily wraps around seat post. Very happy with this purchase :).
